LISA AND AJ'S BREAD AND CHEESE CLASS

Do you love the smell of fresh baked bread? Do you want to learn to make cheese in your own kitchen? This is an opportunity to learn about both of those things. Lisa will cover the basics of bread making and AJ will cover the essentials of cheese making. Participants will have the opportunity to bake a loaf of bread and make a simple mozzarella. Bring your own kitchen aid mixer if you are able. If not, let us know at registration and we'll do our best to accommodate. No prior experience necessary.

SENIOR DEFENSIVE DRIVING CLASS: 4 HOUR REFRESHER

Persons 55 years and older who complete the original Defensive Driving course, or take the refresher every three years are eligible for a 10% discount on automobile insurance. There is no driving and there are no tests, but the instructor will cover several aspects of safe driving including information on air bags, new laws and recommended procedures.
Certificates awarded the day of class.
Refreshments will be provided.

Bone Builders is a strength building and balance class. The class is open to men and women. Bone Builders is recommended by doctors in the area.
Mondays and Thursdays
9:00 - 10:00 AM
This will be woodland style beading. No experience necessary. Come whenever you are able. You can take your beading home to work on it there or leave it with the instructor and work on it the next week.
2:30 - 3:30 PM
When the weather interferes with your walking, come inside and use our halls. Sign in the Visitor’s Log in the Main Office, stick on your name tag, and start your walk. Three laps of all the halls is just about 1 mile.

INTRO to SOMA YOGA
Learn to be more present in your body by practicing Soma Yoga, gentle yoga suitable for any level of yoga experience. Attention to breathing, functional movement and meditation will be incorporated into all classes.
