Welcome to Laporte Elementary Music Distance Learning!

Week 7   May  11         KEEP CALM and RIDE THE WAVES”.  Keep calm and ride the waves reminds us of Beethoven the composer. We studied and watched videos in February. Beethoven grew very frustrated because he lost his hearing. He kept writing music and even a symphony for the orchestra after he grew totally deaf.

Charlie Over the Oceanan echo song you can use as a game this spring and summer. The game is like duck, duck, grey duck

Charlie over the ocean, Charlie over the sea, Charlie caught a _______, can’t catch me.

Under the Sea. Grab your shaker or some sticks/pencils - keep the fun beat and enjoy this water song from the Little Mermaid. If you have lost your shaker from week one, you can make a shaker with a plastic container/bottle and lid. Put 1-3 tsp of rice, unpopped popcorn, or beads inside the container. Put lid on tightly and SHAKE!
